Since establishment in 2010, DeSaye Defense Investigations (DeSayeDI) has been instrumental in impacting criminal case outcomes through completing diligent Investigation and Mitigation work. DeSayeDI has been vetted by multiple Arizona Superior Courts and the United States District Court of Arizona to conduct Forensic Investigations and Mitigation Investigations within felony and Capital felony criminal cases.

We provide conscientious criminal Investigations for both guilt phase (allegation challenging) and penalty phase (sentencing considerations) purposes to Attorneys and their Clients. We conduct case analysis while collaborating on the litigation plan, gather relevant and useful information, and document information gathered in a clear and concise manner.
