DESAYE DEFENSE INVESTIGATIONS
THE DESAYE TEAM
Dedicated to Impacting Every Case Outcome
What differentiates DeSaye Defense Investigations from other Investigation firms is our incredible team. Passionate, experienced, talented and friendly, we truly have the best of the best. Get to know the people behind the business, who are dedicated to impacting every case outcome.
Investigation firms that consist of multiple team members are far more effective at working complex criminal cases than those made up of only one Investigator. Having multiple Investigators available to tackle tasks as well as provide different insight on a case is one of the reasons DeSayeDI has such successful case outcomes. Every case DeSayeDI works has Rennee DeSaye actively working key components during the case along with another Investigator from the firm. Our Capital cases have all team members working various components.
Finally, our team treats our Defendant's and their loved ones like all people should be treated, with professionalism, concern, and an understanding of the grave situation presenting. We approach our Defendant's without judgement or bias when exploring their actions and history. We have genuine compassion for the Defendant and those close to the Defendant.
The Supreme Court said in Koon v. U.S., 518 U.S. 81, 113 (1996), that “[i]t has been uniform and constant in the federal judicial tradition for the sentencing judge to consider every convicted person as an individual and every case as a unique study in the human
failings...” The DeSayeDI Team embraces every case with this premise in mind.
